A Note About Kindness I work hard to make every order by hand, answer questions quickly, and treat everyone with respect. In return, I ask for the same courtesy. If something isn’t a good fit or you need help, I’m always happy to assist — but I don’t tolerate hostility, demands, or disrespect. We’re a small family business, not a giant warehouse, and kindness keeps everything running smoothly.
