Our Story
Stephanie Stuart is the owner, lead marshmallow artisan, and creative genius behind The Toasty Smore. Making marshmallows came from an innocent question by her son. One day, he asked me what we could make with corn syrup, sparking an idea that quickly grew into a sweet adventure. Knowing there had to be a way to make all the marshmallows without corn syrup, she quickly moved away from corn syrup, and into a full blown passion for studying sugar alchemy. The Toasty Smore was born from the love of cozy campfires and the nostalgic joy of making s’mores,
The Toasty S’more is a family operation. Stephanie's two amazing children and husband help during the busiest of times. The Toasty Smore was founded with the mission to elevate this classic treat into an artisan experience. Our journey began in a small kitchen where we experimented with unique flavors, high-quality ingredients, and handcrafted techniques to bring you marshmallows that are truly special.
